Everyone was super helpful and friendly: the reception staff, the breakfast ladies, cleaning staff, even the maintenance guy took time to ask if I needed help seeing that I was standing by the reception! I see a staff who cares and that matters. We did not use it but we appreciate the option of a free shuttle to the casino (4 pm to 12 am). The pool looked very well maintained. Cleanliness is prominent throughout the facilities. The hotel obviously has undergone recent renovations and updates that makes it a very decent place to stay. Loved that there are 2 TV’s in the king suite we stayed in, one of which is huge. The sitting area is very spacious with a sofa bed and a big two level desk. Breakfast: thank you for having almond milk and lactose free milk for people who cannot have dairy. The breakfast area is exceptionally clean. Coffee and tea 24/7 is much appreciated. It’s a bonus to have a dim sum restaurant right next to the hotel ; )

Though I do drive, I chose to go by public transportation and found the travel quite easy from New London to the hotel. The staff was quite pleasant, the King Suite was very comfortable and the hot breakfast was great. Additionally, they offer a shuttle from the hotel to the Mohegan Sun Casinos and the drivers were always available and nice. They don't start until 4pm, but this was not a problem. I strolled on my own to the casino to catch a bus to the Mystic Aquarium and it took me less than 15 min. I would definitely go back.

I liked the layout of the room, the complimentary hot breakfast, the swimming pool and the parking options. The staff was attentive and the room was ready and clean when I arrived.

Emily at the front desk was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and she went above and beyond to help us, we cannot thank her enough! We had a king suite, non-smoking. It was large and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was large, the glass walk in shower was roomy with great water pressure! Our room was clean and very welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was more than we thought it would be, they offered hot breakfast sandwiches, sausage, scrambled eggs, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, juice/coffee, and Belgian waffle maker!

The property was clean and the staff was exceptional! It didn't matter what shift they were on or what time you spoke to them, every one of them was pleasant, accommodating and friendly! Would definitely stay here everytime there is a concert at Mohegan Sun. They have a shuttle to and from hotel and Mohegan that runs until midnight and that made it very, very convenient!

The room exceeded my expectations...was very spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean and spacious as well. Bed was very comfortable and the room was within 5 minutes of Mohegan Sun, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. Mini fridge/microwave, as well as bathroom amenities provided. Amazing room and value for the location! Would definitely stay again. Front desk staff was also very pleasant upon check-in.

Less than a mile from Mohegan Sun, this hotel has a great staff and the rooms are very modern and comfortable with a fabulous shower and super hot water. The breakfast area was a nice set up with good food and treats and the woman who runs the whole breakfast operation is a gem.

We had to check out of the Hyatt at Mohegan Sun, because of the horrible manager. too much happened to explain other than even though they lied about refunding us immediately they continued to charge us daily after we had checked in her!! Our stay here from reception to check out and everything in between was awesome! we will be back, Amazing friendly staff great large room just everything!

Great location to Mohegan Sun. The shuttle was great. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Good value for what we paid. I would definitely stay again.
